| OUR PHILOSOPHY is to enable a person-centered, strengths-based approach to care delivery. At Handle With Care we are able to offer flexible and personalised training to suit your own client group. Our staff have a wealth of knowledge in various subjects and this enables us to deliver tailored courses to suit your needs. What? Up-to-date, relevant information and training, delivered by experts and tailored to the requirements of staff and client group. Course material is provided, of benefit to other staff in the workplace. When? Times of some courses can be arranged to suit staffing requirements evenings and days. Where? Either in-house or as locally as possible. Why? 1. Professional development. All courses are registerable for PREPP 2. To satisfy the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, all staff must receive mandatory training, including Manual Handling. 3. To keep staff up-to-date and working to best practice.
